Re: Need help for XML file parser

Hi, We have checked libexpat component into ESP32 IDF and found that it is used to parse XML file and its components. So that can be used for XML file parse. But we have also requirement to create XML file and as well as to update XML file based on Request. SO, Does anyone has any idea for any other...

Need help for XML file parser

Hi, We are using ESP32 IDF 2.1 latest release for my development purpose and we need to store XML file and also parse it. To store XML file, we are going to use SPIFFS which we have verified before as well. But, we need xml library or parser code to parse it as per project Requirement. Please let me...

Re: Need help to connect external 16 MB SPI Flash Memory on ESP32-WROVER Kit

Are you suggesting to use 1.8 V supported external 16 MB SPI Flash Memory instead of 3.3V supported memory if we plan to connect separate SPI Flash Memory? I think you must use 1.8 V external 16 MB SPI Flash Memory if you plan to connect it as external flash. It would certainly be too time-consumin...

Hi,

I have confirmed quantity with our hardware engineer and it is around 100 to 200 modules right now.

Re: Need help to connect external 16 MB SPI Flash Memory on ESP32-WROVER Kit

If you are doing 6k pcs doesn't that meet the minimum for custom flash size order? Hi, I am sure about exact value for our board. But would you please tell me how many minimum quantity required to make custom SPI Flash based ESP32-WROVER-I module? I think our PCB engineer had already talked with Es...

Re: Need help to connect external 16 MB SPI Flash Memory on ESP32-WROVER Kit

You need to remove the shield on ESP32-WROVER module, then it is quite easy to replace the flash chip. You must use the 1.8V chip like: W25Q128FWSIG from US distributor - expensive or W25Q128FWSIG from China distributor - cheap You can use the same chip as external SPI Flash. You can't " calib...

Re: Need help to connect external 16 MB SPI Flash Memory on ESP32-WROVER Kit

You can't expect reliable (if any) operation with two chips operating on different voltage ranges connected to the same pins. Why don't you use 1.8V SPI Flash? The price is almost the same, and you will avoid all the problems. And you can just replace the SPI Flash on wrover module instead of addin...

Re: Rest Interface support for ESP32

Hi @ritesh. I had some time and updated Sprite's example to work for ESP32 and the latest libesphttpd. You can find it here: https://github.com/chmorgan/esphttpd-freertos Hi, Thanks for Reply and valuable support for this. I will check it in details and will get back to you if any issue or any quer...
