Re: Reading output GPIO pin logic state

The question was asked several times already, you must set the gpio mode to GPIO_MODE_INPUT_OUTPUT (or GPIO_MODE_INPUT_OUTPUT_OD) if you want to use the gpio as output and read its state back. Or you can simply save the state in a variable after gpio_set_level().

Re: 32kHz RTC Lockup, Recommendations?

Maybe you should try a 12pF or 12.5pF crystal, it is working for me.

You can adapt the uart driver from esp-idf if it does not suits your needs.

Re: libcurl http get out of memory error.

To test I've cloned the ESP32_curl_example repository into new directory. Run: make menuconfig make -j8 all make flush make monitor I've only changed WiFi and mail data in menuconfig. Main task stack size is 3584 B (default) . There was no problem and all examples passed without any issue: I (4764) ...

Re: Fast USB stack

I'm aware of some tests on implementing the software USB on ESP32, but as far as I know it is far from "you can turn esp32 into usb device with full protocols support" . Maybe USB 1.0 could be implemented, but I'm quite shure USB 2.0/3.0 will never be possible. If you have more information...

Re: ESP32 shutdown without external circuits?

Dear All, is it possible to shut down the ESP32 programatically without using external circuits? Thank you! What would be the purpose of shutting it down ? You can go to deepsleep mode with timeout of couple of years, I think that is the closest thing to shut down . If you want to cut off the power...
