with using idf.py monitor, you can send the command inside the console.

Hi, I am currently using IDF v4.3.3 and ESP32-WROOM to build a device as a BLE peripheral. Under BLE OTA process, I found that the BLE driver sometimes hang up during receive "L2CAP fragment".
