I dig up the cellar.
after few time and try#s, there comes perhabs a custom proof of concept with ETH and Wifi after the summer vacation.
still in tests and I am satisfied so far. I use it for a LAN to WIFI bridge.

btw: did you note the update on modul [ordering info v1.7 from 2018.June]?
i think it is in the pipe and the HW is ready for MP ordering

ah, lifetime cycle for the task?
what happens if the timeout trigger? (the call aborts)
can we repeat ? repeat count?

short and honest: just in time i use more and moretimes the pico kit board for fast conect and doings so I would suggest you to have a look to the ESP32-PICO-D4 Kit - small - compact - FCC and more - handy - easy possible with pSRAM expansion - ... but there are many many very good boards on the mar...
