Good news (well, for me at least!) - just to keep you updated.
Digikey have sent us a box of ESP32-DEVKITC (female header) boards, so the semester 2 module can at least go ahead :)

That's great news David!

Totally wrong about TinyPICO on Mouser - TinyPICO (in that link) is obsolete on Mouser because I have been added as a supplier, and TinyPICO is being moved from being a Crowd Supply product to being an Unexpected Maker product, and the transition is still in progress. Re: ESP-WROOM-32 design help for boot + I2C

Hello, possibly I used wrong picture of ESP-WROOM-32 pinouts, because I have not noticed any warning that I can not use some pins because they are reserved. Now I know it which is good but I am only at half step. Now I am confused and not know for sure which another pins are forbidden too. Can I us...

Thanks. I've seen some designs using UMH3N dual transistor with 4.7k pre-bias which eliminates the need for the 10k external resistors.
Yup, exactly the same circuit, just all inside the die to save space and component count, though not always cheaper to go that way.

Re: ESP 32 auto reset transistor design

The resistors are just biasing resistors and to drop current between the base and emitter. 10k is a common value for biasing in something like an auto-reset as the transistors isn't being used to amplify current, but just as a signal level switch, so a higher resistor means less saturation on the ba...

This all sounds reasonable to me... thanks for the openness and honesty about what happened. Clearly no malice involved and the desire to go above and beyond to protect your clients interests is admirable!

Re: Small ESP32 Modul ( all include in new ESP32-PICO )

Hi Everyone, I just got back from Shenzhen on Sunday with my rev5 PCBs in hand, so I built one and TADA! PSRAM working like a champ! I'm so glad I got past this little hurdle, and wanted to thank everyone here for your help and support on this Tiny journey ;) rudi made an image from my LiveStream ye...
