You don't need factory, it is optional.

Mmu will map the app into virtual memory and addresses will be relative to start address.

It is safe even with physical access if you use flash encryption and secure boot but careful not to lock yourself out of your own device during development.

Really you should modify seesaw so you can pass in a pointer to a TwoWire instance instead of hardcoded to Wire
