Re: ESP32-WROVER temperature specification change

ESP32-WROVER Datasheet 2018.11 V2.0 Updated the recommended operating temperature from –40 °C ~ 65 °C to –40 °C ~ 85 °C. Updated Chapter 6: Schematics, where C18 is changed from a 1 µF capacitor to a 4.7 µF capacitor Clarification? Are these two changes related? Meaning will modules without increas...

The ciphertext is not two identical 128-bit blocks. The first block is all 0xff and the second block is all 0xee.
Each key has a different ciphertext but each key is 256bit which is 2 128bit blocks which are identical.

Re: ESP32-SOLO-1 ADC clarification

Ok, that is helpful. Manufacturing has provided more detailed information showing there were some ESP32-WROVER, ESP32-WROVER-I and ESP32-WROVER-B modules produced with this coding scheme, although since August all modules have used the "None" coding scheme again. Espressif plans to provide a complet...

Re: Non-volatile storage with flash encryption enabled.

I think he is saying that because the ciphertext is two identical 128-bit blocks then the key will also be. So key space has been reduced to 128-bit.

Re: ESP32-SOLO-1 ADC clarification

I suggest you contact sales@espressif.com about this. They should be able to track down which chips have which type of calibration. This is very disorganized especially now that major distributors are stocking modules. There has to be something like "##% of TYPE modules produced after ##/#### have ...
