ESP32-WROOM-32U replacement

Hi,

According to this page:
https://www.espressif.com/en/products/modules

ESP32-WROOM-32U is no longer recommended for new designs and seems like ESP32-WROOM-32UE is the new part.

Can you please explain what are the changes? just replacing to V3 of the ESP32 chip?

If so is it just a matter of replacing the part in our BOM and thats it? any other changes or issues?
