ESP32-C3-MINI-1-H4 with ESP-AT preloaded

Hello. Can you please give me instructions for how to directly purchase a reel of ESP32-C3-MINI-1-H4 units that are preloaded with ESP-AT firmware? Is there a special order code, or special distributors?

I have an application that requires that, without further firmware load, I can use the ESP32-C3 wifi using AT commands on the serial port.
