Where can we find a bill of materials (BOM) for some of these boards like the DevKitC? I can see things like S8050 and NCP1117 which are too vague to properly source.

Even worse, I have no idea what a ESD05V88D-LC is, the package size, or which manufacturer makes them.

There is a bill of materials for the ESP32-WROOM-32 module, in the ESP32 Module Reference Design. Unfortunately, no such design documents exist for the DevKitC.

How can I figure out which components to order, if I want to reproduce the DevKitC design by myself?

Line 10 of the bill of materials [1] for the DevKitC specifies 'ESD05V88D-LC，0402' which is not listed on Arrow, Mouser, or DigiKey. It appears it is a 'ESD Suppressor' for USB 5V rails. Which of these parts would be an appropriate replacement?

SD05-7 [2]
SD05-01FTG [3]
SD05-TCT [4]

Unfortunately none of them are 0402 sized, but I'm more worried whether they functionally match the 'ESD05V88D.'

Check the datasheet and the datasheet/notes of the device it is protecting (cp2102).

I would like to ask for the WROVER module schematic... I would like to see the connections for the SPI FLASH and external PSRAM, would you mnd to post it? the new one with 2 columms distribution!
