ESP-IDF v4.0 Release Candidate, ESP-IDF Tools Installer

I just downloaded ESP-IDF Tools Installer v2.2, but the v4.0rc does not show up in the list.

Hi username,

This will be updated once there's a stable release (really soon). Until then, the "release/v4.0" branch will give you a similar version (I think one or two small commits have been merged since the RC but nothing else.)
