Deactivate UART completely

Hi,
I would like to have my esp32 pcb manufactured and make the first flash myself.
All other flashes only happen OTA.
So for security reasons I want to deactivate UART completely with die firmware, that will be flashed @ first flash.
Can you guys give me a hint, how I can do this?
Thanks in advance!
PS: During developing/testing a could reactivate UART again in my firmware and flash that firmware OTA, so I think that UART should be working again...
