The selected wizard could not be started.
org.eclipse.launchbar.ui.internal.target.NewLaunchTargetWizard cannot be cast to org.eclipse.ui.IWorkbenchWizard

Any solution to this problem? Thanks.

Reinstalled the latest version of eclipse which solved the problem. I could enable ESP32 and launch the target.
