Hi all, I have a general question regarding esp32 chip and dual band ssid.
We started to receive client calls regarding devices that would have sporadic connection issues after setup. Initial setup was successful but device would often disconnect. We found that the routers being used have dual band SSID setup, router was moving devices to 5ghz which causes the connection to drop.
Asking each client to split the SSID between 2/5ghz might be a bit unrealistic, since there are technical challenges to this, and some might flat out say no.
Is there anything on the coding side of things that can resolve this issue?
