how to disable the cpu core and cache memory

I am using ESP32-WROVER-E and ESP-IDF v3.3.

I want to run my code only one 1 CPU so I have tried to run FREERTOS in one core option from menuconfig, Is it stopping the CPU core to completely. If no, Then how can I disable the one CPU completely?

How I can disable the cache memory to make that space free and can I disable both the cache memory?
