TCP/IP over USB

Hi,
is there a way to communicate from Linux to ESP32 via USB , like CDC-EEM (Communication Device Class, Ethernet Emulation Model) ?
On ESP32 side I would like to use the LWIP implementation.

There is some work and discussion about CDC-ECM implementation in tinyusb for esp32S2, but i believe it is not ready yet:
