How to connect esp32 to 2.4/5g dual band WiFi?

My router is a 2.4g/5g dual band hybrid. Esp32 cannot connect.

I have used my computer to test that WiFi has 2.4G band and can be connected through 2.4G band.

What should I do to connect the eps32 to the router through the 2.4G band?

Who has experienced similar problems? Can you help me? thank you very much!

I've solved it. Two points to note:
1. Set the correct authentication mode.
2. Check the channel of 2.4G band through the computer and set it in esp32.
