For Arduino IDE,

You can change the pins from pins_arduino.h

Make sure you are changing for necessary board

Below was the path for me
C:\Users\USER\AppData\Local\Arduino15\packages\esp32\hardware\esp32\1.0.6\variants\doitESP32devkitV1

Sometimes the folder might be hidden. Please do appropriate settings
