ESP32 based Weather Data

This is a ESP32 based color E-INK display that wakes up every 15 minutes, grabs local weather data, formats and shows it on the display and then goes back to sleep. No idea how long it lasts on a tiny lipo battery yet but it's been running for a few days now. Sleep current is around 30uA or so.
