How to use EXT_RAM_ATTR in Arduino IDE

Hi,
I want to use and compile and link a program which needs to EXT_RAM_ATTR macro In Arduino IDE v1.8.12
After researching I knew that I need to change somethings in esp config.
CONFIG_SPIRAM_USE_MEMMAP=y
CONFIG_SPIRAM_ALLOE_BSS_SEG_EXTERNAL_MEMORY=y
and also I enabled psram in Tools menu of Arduino IDE.
But someone in forum mentioned that esp library is fixed and precompiled for arduino ide and I cant edit sdkconfig manually .Also I know I cant make menuconfig in Arduino IDE so I am wondered to do that.
I want to know is it possible to change config in arduino IDE? And if yes how? I dont want to use anything except Arduino IDE.
I appriciated much more if some one explain to me step by step
