Thanks for the explanation, that makes sense. What I was hoping was that there might be some information as to what caused the crash, rather than how to recover from it. I'm not overly worried about saving this particular chip.
I did ask if there was any other way of logging exceptions other than a PC connected eg SD card, EEPROM so I can find the problem, I also wonder if writing to a disconnected Bluetooth could cause an issue, perhaps I should post as separate threads.
