Pointer to install and setup for Arduino on Win10

I've seen a few videos and read some install guides a while back but at the time it looked like the process was, well, a work in progress. I wonder if there is a more up-to-date how-to to install and get an ESP32 up and running with the Arduino IDE under Win10?
