Is the flash size specified in MB or MiB?

Hi!

When I execute "esptool.py -p COM4 flash_id" I get "Detected flash size: 4MB".

Is the flash size declared here in MB oder MiB?

Flash in general doesn't pull hard drive shenanigans, so a MB indicated there is 1024*1024 bytes.
