Using DAC2 on ESP32-S2-Mini-1U

Hi,
the documentation says that this pin is pulled up to 3v3 via 10K resistor, if I want to use this DAC output does that mean I have to remove the shield and remove R11 first?

The problem I see is that DAC 2 is stuck at 2.68V while DAC 1 just works fine.
