Regulator ESP32 Deep Sleep

Just want to ask what you guys use typically for a Regulator for Low Power Applications with the ESP32. I haven't found the "perfect" one yet. Obviously SMD.

For my personal projects, I like the HT7833. Not too expensive, has the 500mA output capacity I need, and sips 4uA quiescent current.

Mouser, Digikey, even Octopart don't know about HT7833. Where do you get them from?

I have a short question concerning this topic and I dont wanted to open a new one.

I want to use a Lithium Ion battery with the HT7833 instead of a LiFePo4 since I get way more capacity with Lithium Ion Batteries. I wanted to ask you guys if you use any capacitors to stabilize the voltage? If yes, how many µF do they have? How many µF are recommended?

Thanks in advance!
