Could not reach esp rainmaker

Hello sir can you help me, I have been linking esp rain maker with google home for the last 3 days but it always crashes, I have tried 2 accounts and 2 different devices but just can't do it do you have a solution, I really need for my project based on google assistant

Im having the exact same problem. Google home says its linked to ESP Rainmaker but nothing shows up. If you look at the apps that are linked rainmaker doesent show even though its said it has successfully linked.
Created multiple logins and added multiple devices but the link to esp rainmaker all end in the same way. Been trying this for many weeks now.
