Cant flash esp32

Hello, i cant flash esp32 , it not detect the info
module are in boot mode
rst:0x1 (POWERON_RESET),boot:0x3 (DOWNLOAD_BOOT(UART0/UART1/SDIO_REI_REO_V2))<CR><LF>
waiting for download<CR><LF>
but cant flash it. here atached the picture.
