ESP32 S3 OTA Firmware upgrade Using Smart Phone

Hello Everyone,

I'm working on Project using a mobile phone (Android or IOS) to upgrade the ESP32 Firmware over BLE or a direct serial communication USB OTG.
I've found a lot of a articles showing how to upgrade the firmware over USB OTG but using a PC instead of a mobile phone.
Now I want to achieve that using a phone. Since I know that the ESP32 and the Smartphone can communicate over USB OTG and the mobile phone will act as a host, I think it's possible. But my Problem is how to flash the binary file on the ESP32 flash memory?
If this is not possible, any other Help using BLE will be appreciated.
