Cant flash esp32

hello, im unable to flash the esp32 module.
the module is on boot mode like i confirme in this line
rst:0x1 (POWERON_RESET),boot:0x3 (DOWNLOAD_BOOT(UART0/UART1/SDIO_REI_REO_V2))<CR><LF>
waiting for download<CR><LF>
seeme to not detect the info of device, i use a cp2104 adapter.
atached i put image, any sugestion?
