microphone's sensitivity

I found ESP32-S3-Korvo-2 use the MSM381A3729H9BPC MEMS microphone. It's sensitivity -38dB. Now, I select another microphone(AP3722AT) instead of it. but, AP3722AT's sensitivity is -42dB. I test AP3722AT's microphone level is lower. if I must use -38dB microphone or How to change the code to use -42dB microphone?
