Not yet. I expect it will be a long time before the ADF is updated to run with IDF 5. You MUST stick to the supported IDF version or you will be in for a long debugging session. You could fork ADF and work on making it compatible with IDF 5 yourself. I'm sure the ADF maintainers would love to get your pull requests.
