Is it capable of using ESP-tuning for custom touchpads?

Currently the ESP-Tuning_v1.0 software (debug scope) works well with the ESP32-Sense Kit, with the exception of sometimes channel 0 duplicating and causing lags. My goal was to use this software on a custom duplexed ESP32-based linear touchpad that has different touchpad pins. It seems that the software can recognize the correct touchpad pins in the Home screen, but it cannot correctly print out the channels on the Sensitivity/SNR Test screen. In the graphs, this panel will display only values for 3 channels, and it will have multiples of channel 0. I would like to know if this is an issue I can fix on my end, or if the current version of the tuning software cannot be used with custom boards.
