Esp32 Wrover b

Hi!
I'm starting to use an "ESP32 Wrover B" , but i can't find the right setting to configure it on Arduino IDE.
At the moment the output is something like "!9J ⸮⸮⸮⸮⸮טׅ⸮⸮".
Someone can help me?
