ubuntu平台下，安装ESP32-IDF时，openocd-esp32-linux64-0.10.0-esp32-20190708.tar.gz下载不了

在搭建ESP32-IDF开发工具时，ubuntu 下安装开发环境，执行install.sh总是下载不完并失败，于是按论坛中给出的链接下载openocd-esp32-linux64-0.10.0-esp32-20190708.tar.gz，却始终下载失败？
