I noticed the SPI pads for SPIRAM and FLASH are not marked as N/C so I can use these pads to pass some connections from left to right if I'm in a tight spot. Other than this, anything else that could affect pcb designs? Thanks.

Maybe nothing? I realized that I could make a new EAGLE part by removing those pads that are for FLASH and SPIRAM from the existing EAGLE part I have but once I do that, I can't guarantee the auto router will not make say two unrelated vias right under those pads and cause short circuiting? Does anyone know if there's such an option in EAGLE to not have vias in certain areas like restrict layer for no traces?

If this is not at all possible, I can still have those useless pads for mechanical strength and route something through the pads.
